*Scottish Targes
A Targe is aprox. 19" in diameter, 1" thick and weighs around 3.5 kg. It is covered with cow hide on the front and deer-pelt on the back. The leather is then embossed with the chosen designs and dressed with metal studs. As extra, I can make a 3" ceremonial brass spike or a 9" steel "battle spike" for the central boss, it is removable and is stored in a pouch at the back of the Targe.
